Conscious relating is rooted in truth, transparency, vulnerability and a willingness to be courageous.
And to meet ourselves and others from that place.
To share the truth of our hearts, even when we’re trembling and it feels scary.
To be able to access what’s alive in us and what’s real rather than what’s our stories/conditioning.
It’s showing up in life and allowing ourselves to be seen for who we are. To speak our truth, to know ourselves.
To communicate with love, clarity and compassion.
It’s not to say we never get triggered. It’s not to say old wounds don’t surface. But conscious relating happens when we are aware. Aware of our triggers. Aware when they happen. And have a willingness to bring that awareness into light and to share through them.
That’s when the magic happens.
Much of the above. Except it’s brought into our sexual relationship to ourselves and within our shared sexual experiences.
Conscious sexuality invites us to bring awareness and compassion into our love making. It becomes more than two (or more) people simply having sex. It’s a way of being. It’s an invitation to bring that awareness into your wants, your needs, your desires and to soften into the vulnerability of sharing those, from a place of truth, transparency and courage. It also invites us to offer the same to our partners. To listens, to guide, to experience.
To taste the gifts of sexuality together. In Union, and in joy.
It’s knowing and honouring, ourselves and each other.
When we make love consciously, we make love with the Divine.
We are all conscious beings, full of so much love, light & joy.
And yet with the often overwhelming challenges of today’s world, we can feel swept up and lost.
Right now, is the perfect opportunity to learn to love ourselves fully, so that we may open to deeper, more intimate and loving connections with others.
This is the time to rediscover who you are, or perhaps, who you’re becoming. And how to relate to others from an embodied, grounded, loving & empowered place.
